When your mailbox is nearly full to or have exceeded its individual mail quota, you may receive an automated "Mailbox Size Warning" email.
To resolve the issue with your email you can either
- Removing all unwanted emails and emptying the Trash folder regularly to ensure the account stays within the quota.
OR
- Increase the account quota by upgrading your web hosting account to a plan that offers more "Per mailbox storage".
